MD-TASK¶
MD-TASK consists of a suite of Python scripts that have been developed to analyze molecular dynamics trajectories. These scripts fall into 3 categories:
- Residue Interaction Network (RIN) analysis
- Perturbation Response Scanning (PRS)
- Dynamic Cross-Correlation
